Due to the perishable and regulated nature of our artisanal spirits and food products, we cannot accept returns once a shipment has been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right through a refund or replacement.
Return Process

Take clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping label as these are required for our quality insurance claims.

Email our concierge team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the documentation of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement bottle at no additional cost to you.
